Message	if it's me, and i pay for a customers parts up front and do their build, only to have to disassemble everything to give him 'some' of what he wanted cause he doesn't have the cash to pay for it all, then i would hope he expects to pay for disassembly as well. i'm sure something can be worked out in his situation, but he shouldn't think they'll jump right at pulling the block back apart to give him 'some' of what he originally ordered..of course they want to get the 8k and give him the assembled longblock.....
